We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.

All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times may vary; please refer to your order confirmation email and tracking number for more information. During the holiday season, you may experience a shipping delay. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped promptly!
